Change Management

Change Management – directing comprehensive, intentional changes and systemic change in an organization – affects the structure of an organization, the corporate culture and individual behaviors likewise.

When we take over responsibility on Change Management projects, we place great emphasis on an integral approach: we stand for a holistic perspective, based upon the tension between strategy (vision, targets, …), structure (organization, processes, …) and culture (values, keeping company with each other, …) taking into account the interdependencies between individuals, groups, organizations, technology, environment, and time, as well as communication, values, norms etc.

Depending on the size of the projects we work together with various partners from our network – of course in coordination with our customers or on specific customer request.
