In the Act2Perform© cooperative approach, the customer and ResultONE work out common solutions and recommended actions on the basis of joint analysis.
The Act2Perform© basic process consists of four steps:
- The situation is analyzed on the basis of a review of available documents, interviews, surveys, measurements, audits, etc. It also includes the perspectives of relevant stakeholders. The result is a comprehensive definition of the current status, important relationships and interdependencies. This happens mainly in relation to time, money and content, depending on the task, but also in terms of structure (e.g. organization, processes), culture, quality and strategy, etc.
- The phase of identification of potential, opportunities and risks highlights relevant drivers and factors and draws conclusions on the basis of established relationships. These form the basis for the identification and evaluation of potential and risks, derivation of a range of options and development of potentially effective scenarios.
- Building on the results of the previous steps, recommended actions, measures and priorities are identified and the results achieved and their implications are coordinated. The content is then fine tuned with relevant stakeholders, the basis for decision making is prepared and it is presented transparently to the respective decision-makers.
- Following the decisions taken, specifications, etc., the measures are implemented in a structured way, their success is monitored continuously against the agreed baseline and any necessary changes are made.
